Passion 4 Paws Foster Homes are a critical chapter in a Rescue dog’s life. Fostering allows our dogs to come out of a scary shelter environment into the loving empathetic arms of an animal advocate.
The Fosters understand Rescue dogs need to learn things they may have never been taught by a human. No one took the time or cared enough to teach them how to be a great family dog. It’s not their fault, right? They all start as puppies and are at the mercy of humans from the day they are born. Fosters are a critical step toward a well balanced dog that is ready to be loved in a forever home. We at Passion 4 Paws expect our Fosters to keep our dogs safe and never to put our Foster dogs in a position to fail.
WHAT DO FOSTERS DO?
Provide loving and safe foster homes for rescued dogs
Attend events with your Foster Dog
Help share our Available Dogs within social network circles
Provide food for your fostered dog and any personal items you want to provide such as toys, bones, ect. P4P will take care of the rest!
Help find and qualify adoptive homes
Help with educational seminars to promote awareness and advocacy
Bring your foster pet to the veterinarian for necessary appointments
Provide Heartworm and Flea/tick prevention when received (P4P will supply)
