Whisper is approx 8 months old (approx. DOB 9-13-18), female, 18 lbs., vetted, is or will be spayed, and micro-chipped. She is so sweet, playful, and happy considering what she has been through! P4P rescued her at the shelter when she was brought in found on the side of the road after being hit but a car. She had such a strong will to live and here she is!
