Waverly is 2 1/2 years old (approx. DOB 3-17-18), female, 25 lbs., vetted, is or will be spayed and micro-chipped. Paxton and Waverly were homeless strays at the shelter in NC; they have an interesting relationship where Waverly depends on Paxton for confidence and is the decision maker but isn’t a confident dog. She gets fearful in new situations where she doesnt. Waverly is crate trained, potty trained, seems to show a prey drive toward yard animals (no cats please), good with her 10 year old humans, loves attention, and is highly motivated by treats and affection. her best home would be home more often than not; she is incredibly sweet and thrives on affection and attention. She would love to be on oversized lap dog for someone. Stay tuned for more information as Paxton and Waverly are a new rescues!
