Tulip is 3 years old (approx. DOB 3-17-17), female, 14 lbs, vetted, is or will be spayed, and micro-chipped. Tulip was found homeless in NC. She allowed the staff to pick her you and carry her; once she warmed up she layed on the shelter coordinator’s lap and to take a nap taking a break from the noisy kennel. She is petrified of men so best in a home with females! Tulip tested well with cats as well as dogs! She is a very sweet pup! Stay tuned for more information as Tulip is a new rescue!
