Tucker is 2 years old (approx. DOB 7-22-24), 50 lbs., male, vetted, and is or will be neutered! Tucker was originally adopted in SC, so we couldn’t save and bring him up with the rest of his family. But, as the universe works, he was returned to the shelter, which reached out to us! We are SO happy to bring Tucker to VT. He is an introverted gentleman who assessed well with dogs, cats, and kids, and already knows sit. He’s the kind of dog who prefers quality time over big crowds. New places, loud noises, storms, and lots of unfamiliar people can make him a little nervous at first, but give him a little time and you’ll see his true personality shine. Once Tucker feels safe, he picks his person and sticks by their side through everything. He’s incredibly loyal, rides wonderfully in the car, and is happiest simply being with the people he trusts. The best part? Tucker is healthy, ready for his forever home, and looking for a calmer family who will let him settle in at his own pace.
