Tippy is 5 years old (approx. DOB 7-17-16), male, 10 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. Tippy was scared upon his arrival to the shelter with the noise of all of the bigger dogs barking. We kept an eye on him and no one came for him so we decided to rescue him and bring him to Vermont! As soon as he got here he immediately wasn’t scared anymore! Tippy is so sweet; he loves belly rubs and attention from his humans. He gets along with other dogs!
