Taco is 15 months old (approx. DOB 10-18-20), male, 8.5 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. This poor little fella was found homeless in North Carolina. We cannot imagine how terrifying it must have been for Taco to be so small and on the streets! We are thankful he made it. Taco is still very fearful and his current Vermont foster is helping him building his confidence. He is good with other dogs and cats. He is currently in potty training and building some confidence. He has low-medium energy and comes to treats and kissy sounds. He loves small toys and balls and enjoys chewing on goat horns! From his Vermont fosters: “Taco has come a very long way and still needs some work on his fears. Still adjusting to being handled and harnessed, but he now enjoys to be pet and actively asks for them. He would do best in a quieter setting. He loves to play with toys and other low energy animals and really enjoys playing with and snuggling with the cat! He has a fun and quirky personality and will be an amazing lap dog. This guy is funny and has the jauntiest walk, he’s generally a very happy and fun fellow”. Stay tuned for more information as Taco is a new rescue!
