Simon is 19 months old (approx. DOB 2-4-19), male, 53 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. Simon was found as a homeless stray in a roadway in NC with a chain and padlock around his neck that was too tight. We have no idea how he became homeless. He appeared to have been hit by a car and had a fractured hip (which has since had surgery). Simon is very sweet and has done well with other dogs and kids in his foster home.
