Scrappy-Doo is 7 years old, male (approx. DOB 4-1-17), 61 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and microchipped.
Scrappy’s prior lifetime owner (who had him since a puppy) was evicted from their home with no place to go; he had to take his beloved dog to the shelter and leave him. Scrappy was overlooked by everyone passing by and no one wanted him at the shelter, so he ran out of time. That’s when P4P jumped in to save his life and give him a 2nd chance!
Here’s a bit of what we found out about him: Scrappy is a very chill guy who loves everyone, loves to wander and sniff, knows his name, and will come when called (not that we would want him off leash in a new home). He has shown play bows and adorable nub tails wiggles when meeting others including an 8 lbs Chi that likes his space which Scrappy respected and may be good with cats! He hasn’t had the need to be crated in his prior home so he isn’t crazy about crating. Stay tuned for more information as Scrappy is a new rescue!
