Rudder is 13 months old (approx. DOB 3-20-19), male, 37 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. Rudder was found homeless in NC and was taken to the shelter by animal control. The shelter staff said he was friendly and playful during his medical exam and became to make himself at home by laying down on a blanket. Rudder is good with other dogs!
