Rosie is 2 years old (approx. DOB tbd), female, 88 lbs., vetted, is or will be spayed, and micro-chipped. Rosie to no fault of her own found herself being dropped off at the shelter by her human family because they were moving and weren’t taking her with them. And to add to that they dropped her off positive for heartworms (has since been treated) which gave her less chance of making it out of the shelter alive! But P4P helps dogs that need medical attention. She is now ready to make her trip to Vermont! At the shelter per the shelter staff Rosie is a great girl and is very well behaved. She did great for vetting, tested well with other dogs, is relaxed, friendly, easy to handle, and laid back. We aren’t sure if there are any limitations to Rosie’s ideal home at this point. Stay tuned for more information as Rosie is a new rescue!
