Rocket is 2 years old (approx. DOB 3-28-18), male, 62 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. Rocket was found homeless in NC a gunshot wounds on his front leg chest area. This was only the beginning of Rocket’s medical journey. We later found out that Rocket had a fungal sinus infection that could make its way to his brain to cause his passing of not treated immediately. Oh and he was Heartworm Positive! Passion 4 Paws stuck with his medical assessments and worked with his foster parents for over 8 more months to bring him to specialists and to have his heartworm treatment. We are happy to say as of December 2020 Rocket’s medical condition has stabilized and he is a happy puppy as healthy as he can be!
