Piper is 3 years old (approx. DOB tbd), female, 38 lbs., vetted, is or will be spayed, and micro-chipped. Piper gets along with other dogs with proper introductions; prefers low key mature balanced dogs. She shows no prey drive toward chickens next door, is a great size and full grown, loves to snuggle with her humans, and has lower energy. She seems to be a happy mature girl and is potty trained., rarely jumps, is not destructive/chewing, does not exhibit separation anxiety when alone, Piper’s SC caretaker says she is a total sweetheart. She loves to cuddle with her human or just lay by her human. She is never far from where her human is. She listens amazingly! Taking her outside you tell her to potty and does so very quickly! Often she will rush to go back to the kennel and you need to walk around a bit more for her to finish her business but again she has never had an accident in her kennel. She is very gentle, sweet, loving and oftentimes you can see her sneak in a grin when she is super excited. Piper was in shelter due to the passing of her owner. So due to no fault of her own.
