Oscar a is 8 months old (approx. DOB tbd), male, 10 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. Oscar owner surrendered to the shelter. He is super sweet and was very nervous at the shelter. He is picky about treats and is good with other dogs.

From his Vermont Foster family: He’s a sweet boy with lots of energy and he is already learning so many things. He is treat motivated and praise motivated and overall just wants to please. We are working on potty training, sit, and not jumping. His crate training is also something that we are working on. He’s definitely a puppy but a quick learner!
