Obe is 4 years old (approx. DOB 7-3-16), male, 63 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. Obe is said to be good with other dogs and cats (owner gave info-not assessed with P4P) and was surrendered to the shelter in NC because they could no longer afford him. Stay tuned for more information as Obe is a new rescue!
