Noah is 9 months old (approx. DOB tbd), male, 30 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. Noah was found in NC as a stray tied with wire wrapped around his left hind leg and his front left leg. He is very sweet, and was very scared at the shelter especially after what he had already been through, and is good with other dogs. Stay tuned for more information as Noah is a new rescue!
