Monica is 3 years old (approx. DOB tbd), female, 48 lbs., vetted, is or will be spayed, and micro-chipped. Monica was abandoned by her family at the NC shelter because they could no longer afford to take care of her. The shelter staff told us she was living life on a chain in mud puddles. She tested well with other dogs, indifferent, and exhibits a dainty play style. Stay tuned for more information as Monica is a new rescue!
