Meatball is 5 years old (approx. DOB 7-20-16), female, 53 lbs., vetted, is or will be spayed, and micro-chipped. Her name suits her but sometimes we think she should be called Bubbles; she is a happy goofy bubbly girl! Meatball walks well on a leash, takes treats gently, gets along with other dogs well, and listens well! The staff said she is a well behaved fun girl! Per her Vermont fosters Meatball exhibits a prey drive so no cats, is socially shy but warms up, has lower energy, is great with foster kids 8 and 10 years old, is crate trained, Meatball is an absolute sweetheart. She loves to be the center of attention. While she does great with other dogs and kids, she does get jealous and might do well in a home where she is the only one. She loves to sleep all day (but only if her bed is placed right at your feet). Stay tuned for more information as Meatball is a new rescue!
