Luna is 4 months old (approx. DOB 12-27-21), female, 27 lbs and growing fast., vetted, spayed, and micro-chipped. Luna was brought to the shelter in NC after a tragic incident causing bodily injuries. The shelter we work with very closely reached out to us to ask us to help Luna and taker her into our Rescue. Of course we said yes! The case is under investigation and we are unable to answer any questions and thus why she was not previously posted. We can say that Luna has arrived to Vermont, is healing well emotionally and physically, is a happy girl; grateful to have been saved, and is being adopted by her wonderful foster who recently lost their own German Shepherd.
