Lucy is 3 years old (approx. DOB 8-20-17), female, 51 lbs., vetted, is or will be spayed, and micro-chipped. Poor Lucy was dropped off at the shelter by her owner; they said they were moving and couldn’t take her with them?! She was completely terrified and confused. Our P4P Founder was at the shelter in person and saw this poor little girl kenneled in between 2 very loud kennel reactive dogs (in video)………she was just shaking. Robin knew we needed to get her out of there as soon as possible so we saved her! She has cleared medical in NC and is ready to come to Vermont! Her ideal home would be rural away from the loud City noises, a calmer household without a lot of chaos and with patience to allow her to come out of her shell on her own time, and no young children that might make her nervous.
