Jasper is 13 months old (approx. DOB 12-1-19), male, 56 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. Jasper was found homeless by a good samaritan in North Carolina. Jasper had been seen several times wandering in the area but it took him earning trust with visits from a rescuer to recover him to safety! He was very scared of the world. Since being in foster care he has really started to learn about life! Jasper is good with other dogs (needs another dog in the home), no cats please, has medium energy, is scared of new situations, and is a quieter boy. Jasper’s ideal home would be experienced with fearful dogs, have older kids, and a well balanced dog/dogs to play with and help him with his confidence to learn not to be scared of people. Also his home would be experienced to help Jasper learn correct etiquette (structure w boundaries). Stay tuned for more information as Jasper is a new rescue!
