Hooper is approx. 9 weeks old (approx DOB 6-7-19), approx 10 lbs, male, initial vetting done, not neutered (must be by Adopter). Hooper was found by a good citizen and thankfully he was! He contracted a very dangerous Parvo virus shortly after we got involved to take him into our Rescue! We successfully saved his life; but the person who found him on a basketball hoop (pics below) was his real Hero! He is a puppy that will require everything a baby puppy needs (frequent potty breaks, potty training, basic training, socialization, and lots of love). We do not know what breed he is; an Adopter can have a DNA test done if preferred but we do not do DNA tests.**
