Heidi is 12 months (approx. DOB 1-14-20), female, 56 lbs., vetted, is or will be spayed, and micro-chipped. Heidi is a sweet girl that gets along great with other dogs. She is a young shepherd so she will only be adopted to a home that will give her the physical and mental exercise the shepherd breed requires to avoid developing behavioral issues. She was an owner surrender who left her home in an apartment in a crate; you can imagine how that went. o These breed type dogs will get frustrated if pent up and isolated without the proper stimulation they need. They are incredibly smart. Heidi will not be place in a home that will not provide her with what she needs. Shepherd or similar breeds experience will be prioritized. Heidi takes treats very easily and is a very sweet and well behaved dog. She loves to have her belly rubbed. Stay tuned for more information as Heidi is a new rescue!
