Flannel is 13 months old (approx. DOB tbd), female, and 21 lbs., vetted, is or will be spayed, and micro-chipped. Flannel was found abandoned and homeless in NC. She is very good with other dogs, likely good with cats (showed no interest at the shelter), and is an all around happy go lucky girl! Stay tuned for more information as Flannel is a new rescue!
