Festus is 14 mos. old (approx. DOB 3-30-18), male, 26 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. He is a sweet little fella with medium energy who is clean in his kennel, and is a happy go lucky pup that is only vocal when he needs to go out so he may be potty trained.
