Davinci is 10 months old (approx. DOB 1-19-21), male, 65 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. Davinci was saved from a neglectful situation in NC. Even on a chain he was so excited when neighborhood dogs would come over to visit him; that is a sweet tolerant dog! His current caretaker says Davinci is good with other dogs, has a slight prey drive so no cats please, has been good with kids when meeting them, is shy in new situations, and has medium energy (will take a nap when he is tired). He is a smart, sweet, adorable boy who just wants to please his humans! He is learning to play and is such a happy boy when he does. Davinci is a very good boy, and takes treats nicely, knows Sit and Down. Paw, and sits for his food, and he is not a counter surfer! We think Davinci would enjoy another dog to play with; he loves his current furry golden foster sibling. He is a quieter boy that walks well on a leash. Davinci’s ideal home would have another dog to play with and a yard. He is very shy at first but warms up nicely. He would love a forever home where he is included in someone’s daily life.
