Cooper is 3 1/2 years old old (approx. DOB 10-1-16), male, 41 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. Cooper was abandoned by his owners at his house; Animal Control had to go save him and brought him to the shelter. He is good with other dogs and is a happy wiggly boy!
