Comet is 10 months old (approx. DOB 10-10-18), male, 60 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. Comet is that confident dog that is the life of the party! He would enjoy an active home and possible another dog to play with to satisfy his energy. Per the volunteers at the shelter:
“Comet is one happy-go-lucky pup! This guy gets along with everyone, especially his canine buddies. He loves to roughhouse and play – especially in the pool. He is very tolerant of other dogs and is a hoot in playgroup. Like all puppies (especially giant ones like Comet) he needs some work on his manners but he said to tell you that he’s very smart and will work very hard! Come fall in love with Comet today!”
Greenville County Animal Care gave him a Playgroup gold rating – rough rowdy play style, loves water
Patti: “I just took him out for a walk – what a good good boy! Very friendly, sweet and full of life!”
Holly: “Awesome dog! He’s very fun and energetic.”
Kristin: “Such a great dog out of the kennel! In the kennel, he barks and bounces from side to side, but it’s because he really wants to go out and play outside! He is fantastic with every dog he meets. He can handle all play styles and loves the water. He’s only 8 months old, so with some training he will make a great dog!”
