Chika is 14 years old (approx. DOB 12-5-08), female, 5.7 lbs., vetted, is or will be spayed, and micro-chipped. This sweet little girl was found at a shelter in SC. We are not sure how she ended up there but we do feel she was not treated well in her previous life. We had to make sure we rescued her to give her a happy rest of her life! Since arriving to Vermont and getting some medical attention she is so happy! Chika has sliding patellas which cause her to walk oddly with her back legs. Since putting her on pain meds she is much more comfortable. We are not going to put her through surgery at her age but rather are seeking a loving forever unconditional home!
