Charlie is 2 years old (approx. DOB tbd), male, 44 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. Charlie was a cruelty seize case in NC by his owner was not taking care of him with adequate food and water; he was emaciated upon a visit by AC. He is good with other dogs and lived with Brownie in the same home which we have also rescued! Stay tuned for more information as Charlie is a new rescue!
