CeCe is 13 months old (approx. DOB 6-22-19), female, 44 lbs., vetted, is or will be spayed, and micro-chipped. CeCe was found homeless in NC with a ring around her neck from a heavy chain. Her collar had a Masterlock on it which caused the collar to be too tight. The shelter staff had to use bolt cutters to get it off. Cece is a very happy sweet dog and is cute as a button! She has a happy wiggle butt and play bows with other dogs; she has been great with other dogs. She is a fair weathered girl that might need some sunscreen on the sunny days! CeCe has medium-high energy, is outgoing and social with everyone, she is very curious about yard critters so no cats please. Cece will spend time in her crate but does not like to be confined, and she is house trained. We think CeCe would be fine in a rural environment with a family that is around as she does seem to show some separation anxiety. Stay tuned for more information as CeCe is a new rescue!
