Boss is 2 years old (approx. DOB tba), male, 46 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. Boss ended up at the shelter due to a small child hugging him around the neck and he reacted by nipping him. Our Rescue does not condone putting any dog in an unsafe predicament with children. We do not feel Boss deserved to lose his life over the incident. Boss we are confident is a herding breed; adopters must be experienced and not put Boss or any dog in a position to fail – ESPECIALLY around children! Boss is a good boy, likes other dogs, and thrives on physical and mental exercise!
