Benji is 2 years old (approx. DOB 10-4-20), male, 40 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. Benji was removed from an abusive situation at his previous home. The shelter said Benji was nervous when he arrived (understandably), did well for his vet exam, is friendly upon kennel approach, is good with other dogs, maybe cats, and walks well on a leash. Benji would love a kind, empathetic, experienced, patient home that can show him humans won’t hurt him anymore. Stay tuned for more information as Benji is a new rescue!
