Aurora is 12 months old (approx. DOB tbd), female, 30 lbs., vetted, is or will be spayed, and micro-chipped. Aurora was found homeless in NC with a deeply infected suspected embedded collar wound. She is in the process of healing and feeling better every day. Despite what she has been through Aurora is happy, playful, and good with other dogs. She is still a young pup and will look forward to learning the basics! Aurora is crate trained and currently being potty trained. She absolutely loves everyone! She is currently in a foster home with three other dogs and three little humans that she loves to snuggle with. She walks well on leash and is picking up commands quickly. Aurora is medium-high energy as she is a still a puppy; knows commands such as “sit”, “down” and comes when she hears a whistle. From her Vermont fosters:
“She is playful outside and inside she is a sweetheart and just lays with the others. When meeting new people she is shy at first but warms right up. She loves belly rubs or just laying next to you. She’s a pretty easy dog who would adjust to almost any home”. Stay tuned for more information as Aurora is a new rescue!
