Amber is approx. 2 1/2 years. old, female, 45 lbs., vetted, is or will be spayed, and micro-chipped. We are quite sad for Amber; she is losing the only home she has known since arriving in Vermont December 1, 2018 including her 4 legged BFF (as seen in the pictures below). This is never what we want for our pups; they already go through so much. When she arrived she was incredibly fearful and has gained confidence since. She was a originally a stray that wandered up to the right people who then offered for us to have her in our Rescue. Amber is good w other dogs, a total sweetheart, very shy in new situations, has medium energy, and is a quieter girl; only vocal to alert to company or when she is playing or sees small animals outside. She walks well on a leash, knows Sit, Stay, Come, Go Lay Down, and Potty Outside. Amber lives with a cat but no cat would be ideal. Her ideal home would be with an Experienced adopter, older children or no children (little children maker her nervous), no cats, and possibly another dog.
