Alvin is 4 years old (approx. DOB 5-8-15), male, 53 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. From his SC caretakers Alvin is good with other dogs and very easy going! He is the more “Im a follower not a leader” type of personality! He LOVES affection and will stay by your side and will give it back. He avoids conflict and is more an observer personality. these are the sweetest guys ever, I love them”. He and Jethro are sweet boys that are well adjusted having medium energy. Alvin seems to love water as exhibited by his lounging in the kiddie pool!
From Jethro & Alvins Vermont foster: “Day 3 update. The boys are lovely. I’ve never seen a better pair. They’re paying attention to each other and to us. They love hugs and walks. Coming to get petted every minute or so. They’re looking for attention. They learned how to SIT and they understand NO. and Good Boy………….They are all housetrained.
We walked 3 miles this morning, chilled afterward, then took our first baths. They were spectacular through all this. Sadly, with our lifestyle, we can’t adopt them. We’re heading back to Thailand in the fall.
Moreover, Jethro likes cats. Too much. He’d have Paxil sweet-and-sour before we know she’s gone. It’s been a challenge keeping them apart. If you have an interest and no cats. this is the best dog pair I’ve ever seen. It breaks my heart to separate them. I hope somebody could take them both.”
