Abby is 16 mos. old (approx. DOB 4-15-17 per Vet), female, 51 lbs., vetted, is spayed, and micro-chipped. Abby’s happiness and zest for life is contagious! She is friendly with other dogs and would do well either with or without another in the home. In foster care in SC; Abby loved her canine foster siblings. They slept together, kissed each other and got along so well it’s uncanny. She is crate trained, potty trained, likes to go for car rides, does love to chase anything she can in the yard (no cats please), has medium+ energy, and likes to express herself lol (probably not best in an apartment setting). She is a smart girl; knows “Stay, Sit, Lay Down, Out (i.e. out of the kitchen when eating or cooking), Go Potty, Stop, No”. Abby can roam free in a home when left alone or in a crate; she is not destructive. Abby loves stuffed animals and Nyla bones and also greets everyone with a waggle butt! Abby has so much character and is so friendly and loving, everyone just loves her. Abby is great with all humans of any age; children and adults; small or large. She takes treats oh so carefully. From her VT foster home “Abby is learning about chickens and is good with horses…no cats though, she loves to chase squirrels, birds and even a frog or two. Abby is a very happy and playful dog but doesn’t require much exercise…she’s a great cuddler and just loves everyone.”
